cancellation policy
Savvy requires a $25 - $75 booking deposit. The deposit will be applied to your service. However, we reserve the right to charge an additional $25 to $75 fee after a “no-call, no-show” or less than 48 hours cancellation. No-shows and longer appointments will be charged more. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards when you book online. Thank you for understanding that as a service provider, Savvy's schedule is full and every hour is valuable to our clients trying to schedule.
